What is the Graduate Accelerator Program?

The Graduate Accelerator Program (GAP) provides qualified candidates with immersive technical training in full stack web development or data analytics (the choice is yours) to prepare them for a career in tech and tech-adjacent roles - think software engineering, UX/UI, project management, data science, etc. After completing training, we help to place grads in roles at TTS, deployed to work for our nationwide network of hiring partners.

Our training programs involve live instruction, taught by instructors who are active in their respective fields, real-world projects to develop your portfolio, self-paced modules to gain additional skills, peer programming, and technical assessments. We equip graduates with the practical, hands-on experience employers are looking for and also help connect them with job opportunities. You have the opportunity to get hired as a Tech Consultant by us at Tech Talent & Strategy or join the ranks of other graduates with any of our hiring partners. We work with Fortune 500 partners all the way down to high-growth startups.

Who is eligible for the program?

To be eligible for GAP, candidates need to have:

  • Graduated or be on track to graduate from a degree program (undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral) within 2 years of the class start date (ie. 2 years prior to or 2 years after) 
  • Demonstrated a high level of professionalism, intellectual ability and curiosity, self-motivation and tenacity, strong communication skills, humility and coach-ability, and an authentic desire or willingness to pursue a tech career 
  • Have an unrestricted right to work in the United States
